The ap 3502i has been registered to the wireless controller, but now want to restore the factory settings, repeated after the upgrade or will appear before the registration information of the wireless controller, the problem how to solve

If the AP is joined to the wlc, you can reset the ap to factory default from the GUI or CLI. If you have the AP in front of you with a console cable, you can login to the AP using Cisco/Cisco unless you changed it when it was joined to the wlc. Type the following:
debug capwap console cli
erase /all nvram:
undebug all
reload

Two other ways besides what scott metnioned:
1. Through the MODE button:
- Power off the AP.
- While keeping the MODE button pressed, power on the AP.
- Still keep the MODE button pressed until the Status LED turns to red and then release it:
2. Via installing the recovery image:
- Download the recovery image for 3500 from Cisco site.
- on AP Console write the command "Debug capwap console cli".
- Then write the commadn "Archive download-sw /overwrite /reload tftp://

Console into the WAP and in enable mode, enter the command: clear capwap private

FYI - None of these solutions actually clear out any statically assigned IP settings on the AP. (IP, Subnet, Gateway.) I have yet to find a solution that does...

If you want to reset the access point to its default settings and a static IP address, use the write erase or erase /all nvram command. If you want to erase everything including the static IP address, in addition to the above commands, use the erase and erase boot static-ipaddr static-ipmask command.

Step 1: Disconnect power (the power jack for external power or the Ethernet cable for in-line power) from the access point.
Step 2: Press and hold the MODE button while you reconnect power to the access point.
Step 3: Hold the MODE button until the Status LED turns amber (approximately 10 to 12 seconds), and release the Button. All access point settings return to factory defaults.
