I have a system with a BR352 at a central node and a remote BR352 set up in repeater mode 3 miles away. If I have a client station 4 miles away from the repeater, what is the optimum setup for the range parameter in a) the central node BR352, and b) the repeater B%352. I think both should be set to a bit more than 7 miles but I cannot find this addressed in any of the FAQs.
I guess the root question is: In a Root+Repeater arrangement, is the ack end-to-end, or does each repeater node do its own ack and then store and forward?
