Is it possible to configure mutilple ssid under one dot11 interface when the AP works on bridge mode

I connect a LAP1131 to power injector and its led status change to amber? what means this? The AP is registered in the wireless lan controllers but its Operational status is Down. I selected the "power injector states" check box.
