HP G7 model laptop with Realtec driver cannot connect to Office WIFI

Hi Jesus, 

Thanks for the suggestion. Our concern is same laptop gets connected to same SSID in one of our location which is also flex connect to the same WLC. Any suggestion on that?

Is it "same laptop" or "same laptop model".

Do they all have the same wireless NIC? (vendors use to ship same model but different versions with different wNIC if you don't ask for a specific one and only look at the price)

Do they all have the same Win10 version and patches?

Do they all have the same driver release?

"Same Laptop", We shipped it from Hong honk to Singapore location. In Hongkong it was not working but in Singapore it worked

FT is always disabled in SSID. we will work on  the other 2 suggestions. Thanks
