Hsts error in Captive portal with ap3602i

I have read somewhere that it is possible to work around htst error while accessing a captive portal with google or facebook by using certificate on a public ip address
is it true?

how?
I use ap3602i  for my hotspot solution.
Is it mandatory to deploy the solution with a CT as CT25XX or CT55XX or can I deploy it with 3602I configured as autonomous device
