Is there any opinion about failure and how can I solve this issue?

This is the Wi-Fi forum, typically we can't help you much here.

What I can see from the log, your HWIC module is flapping down and up, which causes various other issues.

Have you tried a reboot?

Is the software and maybe HWIC firmware up to date?

Do you have enough signal strength where this device stands?

Maybe you need to reseat the module and sim card.

Dear,

Thank you for suggestions. I have solved it. card was fail. Changed it. But now I have new problem. Cellular IP changes contionusly.

It get Ip and change after 10 min or if I reload router.

What I should check in my configuration?
