does anyone know why the following happens?
i am sitting at my desk with a wireless laptop running a constant ping to the gateway. if i watch the client utility, it will periodically reassociate to a different access point. i am confused in that i am connected at full strength and sometimes it reassociates to an ap of weaker signal. i am running the wlsm, wlse and wds. as a general rule the system works fairly well but sometimes it reassociates (for seemingly no reason) and may drop a number of packets to the point that it loses a telnet connection
any ideas or fixes?
