Incorrect time SIP wireless phones 8821 CUCME

Hello.

I have:
- Cisco wireless SIP phones model 8821,
- CUCME on an ISR4331.

The phones are not displaying the correct time.

I think that the phones get their time from the CUCME.
Below is the configuration I entered:

voice register global
 timezone 23
 time-format 24
 date-format Y/M/D
 ntp-server 129.250.35.250 mode directedbroadcast


Something is not correct in this configuration.
I am located in France.
And we have a summer time: UTC/GMT + 2 h (CEST)

Can you please:
1. Confirm that the phones get their time from the CUCME (voice register global config.)?
2. Can you help me enter the correct config. lines so that I have the correct time on the phones?

Hello.

Commands I was looking for are:

(config-register-global)# dst start Mar week 8 day Sun time 03:00
(config-register-global)# dst stop Oct week 8 day Sun time 2:00

(config-register-global)# timezone 20
Even if timezone "20 Azores Standard/Daylight Time -60" looks weird for France...
