info about upgradefrom ap to lwapp

                   I've ugraded one ap cisco 1136AG fron ap to lwapp, but if I telnet the  device  it answer me "password reuqired but not set"

It's correct?

At the moment I'm not able to access phisically the ap  but with the command sh cdp nei on the switch i see :

That is a lwapp image. You can't telnet or ssh unless you enable that on the WLC when the AP has joined the WLC successfully. The WLC is the device that provides the configuration to the access point. If you don't have a WLC, then you need to use an autonomous AP.

I've a controller   my  question was only because at the moment I'm not able to access  to the Lwapp console.

now I'm triyng to access the lwapp  and configure it to ip , gw and the basic parameters.

No you will not be able to. Best thing to do is setup a DNS entry to resolve cisco-capwap-controller.yourdomain.com to the management IP of the WLC. Or else place the AP in the same subnet as the WLC management interface. Then let it join and your done:)
