Interface Virtual Dot11Radio0,changed state to down then up every few minutes. This happens several times sometimes on more than one AP cisco AIR-AP1231G-A-K9 with 12.2 (8) JA. Rebooting seems to fix it temporarily.

The Virtual-Dot11Radio interface is used to indicate whether or not there are any clients associated to a given access point or radio within that access point, When clients are associated, the Virtual-Dot11Radio interface is up; when there are no clients associated, it shows down.
