After a site survey I found out interference and low signal.
I started looking for causes.
Today I have discovered a 6.56 ft diameter dish antenna on the roof pointing to 3rd floor (where network is having interference/low signal).
As it emits electromagnetic waves, I am concerned it is damaging signal level.
Is it rigth ?

Depends on the frequency the dish is transmitting and, whether or not, the dish is still operational or not. What is the distance of this dish from the 3rd floor?
If your AP has CleanAir enabled, you should be able to see the different interference.

Just transmitting EM waves doesn't mean it will interfere with nearby EM waves signals emitted by some other antenna, unless both operate in same frequency. Please check below RF solutions
