Interference expression in new version of WLC

Hi We have WLC 5520 and AP 3800. One concept is not very clear. The below screenshot shows the two interferences expression at the same WLC. The first AP interference in the top picture is about 83% and the first AP interferences in the bottom picture is “14” (Severity). Can anyone tell what is relation between the two expression of the interferences? Thank you

How "severe" is the interference?  This value can be "low" because of the following reason:

  1. What is the Co-Channel Interface (CCI) power strength?
  2. When was the last time the CCI was "active"?
  3. What channel(s) is the CCI affecting?   Single channel or a big chunk (like an entire UNII block)?
  4. Is the interference on a "continuous" transmission or pulse or something else?

Thank you for your reply. You list four items. I do not understand why ACI is not included? and all "Device Type" under the Interference are BT Discovery, or BT Link in the WLC. Looks like all CCI and ACI do not exist there, which can be detected with Site survey.
