Internet receiver not broadcasting channel

I have Receiver working with internet and I 'm facing issue that receiver connected but not broadcasting channels but when I connect it to my local internet working fine and broadcasting channels

is there any option I must enable or it is related to port number if so what is the port number

What protocols is it using? By any chance Multicast?

Actually I'm asking what the protocol is use and port number to check if it is blocked or not the receiver is  i star i'm facing issue that receiver is connected but not broadcasting channels if any one faced this issue could help what could be the problem 

is it related to protocol and port number or multicast 

by the way the receiver is working directly with internet without external dish

I don't really understand what you try to achieve, sorry.

What components are you using? Model types and so on.

Do you talk about TV signal or Wi-Fi signals?

actually i'm using iStar A8500 Plus it is connected to SSID but there is no video streaming

iStar A8500 it is satellite receiver working with internet without dish

I sadly can't find any information about what protocols this device uses.
What kind of AP/wireless system do you have?
