The 3500 WLC error and BACK UP job is not completed in Solar wind. Running config or startup config error (Transfer failure due to time out waiting for success or failure prompt) to be downloaded manually in solar wind manually.
In WLC is this log:
TransferTask: May 20 13:41:50.465: %OSAPI-3-INVALID_FILE_HANDLE: [PA]osapi_file.c:577 The File/Socket handle is Invalid. Handle = -1.

- Check software version on the controller , go for https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286312601/type/280926587/release/8.10.190.0
check if that can help ,

What transfer method are you using (TFTP, FTP etc)?
Have tried using a different method?
Have you tried transferring to a different server?
Have you tried it yourself manually on the command line?

yes it has worked before. A maintenance window is planned and the WLC (in HA) will be reloaded. I will come back here if it resolves the issue.

It resolved the issue. Backups are running now as per schedule and no logs in controller related with invalid_file_handling=-1.

- For added value to the Community (such as indexing by search engines) ; you may want to explain how you resolved the issue (?)
