IOS devices not redirecting

Hoping there is a simple answer to this. We have a wide spread hospital network over several campuses and are having issues with Apple IOS devices not being automatically redirected to the ISE Express AUP page after connecting to the open SSID. Android devices will auto redirect just fine.

If the user opens Safari and goes to a non-HTTPS site, the redirect happens and they are allowed on to the network.

Any ideas?

Have you enabled https redirect?  Here is a support document regarding that feature:

if you do have this enabled, open a TAC case and confirm it's not a bug.
