Hi,
my iphone 6s can not join (intermittent) the Wireless network, when checking in ISE, i see the message:
Event 5200 Authentication succeeded
Event 5440 Endpoint abandoned EAP session and started new
Failure Reason 5440 Endpoint abandoned EAP session and started new
do you have any idea why does this event happen?
Thanks in advance for your help.

What WLC/AP you use and what software version running on them ?
You can take "debug client <phone_mac_address>" output from WLC while this problem occurs, that tells about more information what's going on

Rasika,
Below is our wireless system, I just run the debug client client MAC command, client can log in without any issue now, but all clients was logged in and out most of time (intermittent). Do you have any idea what the cause is?
NAME: "Cisco AP" , DESCR: "Cisco Wireless Access Point"
PID: AIR-CAP3702I-A-K9
NAME: "Chassis" , DESCR: "Cisco 5500 Series Wireless LAN Controller"
PID: AIR-CT5508-K9, VID: V04,
Thanks again

Post "show sysinfo" output from your WLC.
Most probably this may be a software defect , above output will verify what code version you running and then we can see if any known bug related to what you are experiencing

Check this issue at the Cisco ISE Forum as well, I have seen the same error code when the device goes into sleep mode and rejoins to the network (ISE accounting report shows start and stop records of the session so the reconnect process goes through the entire PEAP process) OR when you are switching from one SSID into another. We are still investigating the root cause with TAC.
On the other hand and assuming you are using PEAP, evaluate resume session feature on ISE.
how is configured your idle-timeout and session-timeout in the WLC?

Are the APs in question 1850?

this is AP Cisco Aironet 3700 Series.
thanks
