iphone cannot associate to SSID with dot1x

Hi friends; These days,i have a problem that is iphone cannot associate to SSID of dot1x.I try to run “debug client xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx”,but cannot get useful info.I check the config of wlc,maybe it have some abnormal about WPA and WPA2.I have made the WPA disable,use WPA2+AES only,then,iphone can associate to SSID.But,it cannot associate to other SSID,for example,a SSID of PSK auth. The error usually is "cannot join the network"or "the password error".. I also change to disable WPA2 and enable WPA+AES,but the same issue occur.the iphones including iphone 5s,iphone 6,iphone8... Do you have met these issue?Please help me to analyse the problem.thanks!

1. enable the Fast-ssid on WLC.

2. use on WPA2/AES and disable wpa/TKIP

If you’re connected to one SSID and try to connect to other network you got this error? Have you ver try to enable Fast SSID change ?
