iphone iOS 7.1 difficult to access wireless

Hi,

 

My customer have some iphone ( iOS 7.1 ) with same problem. it was difficult to associate to WLAN with wep key security. But no problem if access to another one WLAN ( WPA2 personal ). The wireless controller is WiSM ( 7.0.220.0 ). Is there any one got the same problem?

Upgrade to 7.0.250.X.
