Is it possible to configure the ACK timing of the radio acording with the distance of the link .
If it is possible what are the units these values are in (meters, miles,ms,etc)
thanks

No, it is not possible to directly set the ACK timing.
When you change the role of the unit from AP to bridge, the timing adjustments come in with the config.
Since "bridge mode" is not an 802.11 standard, every manufacturer accomplishes long distance bridging using proprietary protocols / adjustments to the standard. That is why mfr A's unit will (usually) not talk to mfr B's unit (i.e., both ends should be the same manufacturer).
For units that are designed to be long distance bridges, there is a setting that you adjust that is deistance dependent.
Good Luck
