I have read about WEP authentication, it says that it protects data, it encrypts information with the same key on both sides (AP and client), if both encryptions are the same, then the key is authenticated, so my question here is .... that key is the same that we use to authenticate clients? I mean, is that the wifi password for users? Or is that another different key that is only used for encryption?
