Is this AP broken or not

We ordered AP9130. It can join to WLC, but we notice 5 GHz slot is down. We are not sure if the AP is broken or configuration issue. Below is some info of this AP. There are four items under Radios, the below picture shows the three items. Dual-Band Radios shows nothing for this AP. Anyone has experience with it? Thank you

Do you have other APs that are using 5ghz? If not have you configured 5Ghz radio on WLC?

Yes, we have other AP using 5ghz. 5ghz is configured at wlan level. it is configured for 5ghz.

You have the tags defined properly? Are these aps using the exact same tags and policies as the ones that are working? You have enough PoE on the switch to power up the radios? Console into one of the AP’s and reboot. See if you see any errors or I formation that can help identify the issue.

This is the initial configuration(just ip address for itself and wlc) on the AP without any other config

Using power injector and join to wlc5520

Console into one of the AP’s and reboot. See if you see any errors or I formation that can help identify the issue.

You also need to setup the controller so that the ap's have the proper tag.

Showing admin status disable, try enabling it.

Is it power-inj 5 or 6 -Need UPOE/25.5W for full functionality.
