Hello,
We have wlc c9800 and ap c9130 setup. Both devices look working well, but we notice the signal from the APs are weak compared with other APs(controlled from other classic wlc). The APs have about -70 to -65dBm even if trying very close distance or different location or direction. Anyone can give some suggestions? Thank you

check the RRM config of the radio - its RF leader/RF global config, FRA config and RF-group, if configured. compare between old and new infra.
compare how many 5ghz, 2.4ghz and other servicing radios used between old and new infra.

Do the basics first. Check the PoE draw. 9130ax has a USB port that draws 3.3w even when not in use. Disable that and the AP will only draw 30.0w but all radios and MCS rates are "fully enabled".

The 9130 Series offers flexible power options even with limited 802.3af power.
check the power drawn by AP and its operating in 4x4 or 8x8.

What that mean with 4x4? 8x8? I guess its antenna, but why 4x4 or 8x8?
