Hi,
I have a costumer that gets a blank paper when printing after creating a guest user.
I want to point out that he is able to send the credentials to mails as well as printing but the paper is blank.
I have searched, but have not been able to find solution I want. I wonder if someone has had this issue before or possibly give some tip?
Any help is appreciated

Have you tried using a different web browser, if not give that a try.

Also, have you checked the print template, contained within the particular portal you're using, actually has some content and isn't blank?

Sorry for the late answer, but the response I got was it is working to print out now. They use and have used chrome all the time. I don't know how it is working since I didn't change anything and is seems that they don't know either. However, thanks for all help.
