Hi All
I am using ISE to do the provisioning for IPhones/IPads, and able to push the profiles to them. My problem is that in the production the SSID is not broadcasting, and the devices won't automatically join the wireless. Does ISE has the option to set the SSID as hidden network? In the IPhone Configuration Utility there is a HIDDEN_NETWORK option available.
Thanks,
Leo

Hi All
Any idea? Meanwhile I have to use the IPhone Configuration Utility to push the profile to the devices, and they are able to connect to the hidden SSID automatically. However it defeats the purpose of ISE for auto provisioning.
Thanks,
Leo

Hi Leo,
ISE can't configure a hidden SSID today.
As to why you're using a hidden SSID anyway, I'm not sure? It generally doesn't achieve much, and has been known to introduce security risks of its own. Why not just broadcast the SSID?
