Issue with apple airplay and trying to get it working

Over our hard wired systems it works fine now but over wi-fi we can't get the airplay icon to be there. I have configured the wlc with multicast per documentation http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps4570/products_tech_note09186a0080bb1d7c.shtml. We are currnetly on version 7.0.220.0 on WLC.  Verry simple setup cisco switch router and wlc. Router is setup for multicast and airplay is working for directly attached systems.

Hardware is : 1941 router, 2960 switch, 2504 wlc. 

My question is for a 2504 running 7.0.220.0 will upgrading the code to a newer version fix the issue and what version should we go to ?

v7.4 has bonjour gateway implemented on the WLC. You still need the infrastructure configured to support multicast.

Bonjour gateway service support Airplay You can configure Bonjour gateway service on WLC 2504. To configure the same you can go to the below link
