Issue with Guest Network Captive Portal

We have Cisco Aironet 2800i APs setup with Mobility Express firmware.

We have a Guest network that is configured to take the user to a terms/conditions page ("internal page type" to the Cisco AP).

We are having trouble with Apple (iOS) devices being redirected to the terms/conditions page on a very frequent basis - sometimes as much as 3-4 times in a single hour.

The "Captive Network Assistant" is enabled on this WLAN.  Here are other applicable settings:

Session Timeout.................................. 86400 seconds
User Idle Timeout................................ 14400 seconds
Sleep Client..................................... enable
Sleep Client Timeout............................. 720 minutes
Sleep Client Auto Auth Feature................... Enabled
Web Auth Captive Bypass Mode..................... Disabled
User Idle Threshold.............................. 0 Bytes

Any assistance is greatly appreciated as to why the Apple devices are being prompted so frequently to go through the captive portal.  Thank you!

  - Make sure that the mobility express based controller is using the last/latest release available
    for aireos platforms : 8.10.196.0

Thank you.  Yes, that is the version that we are running.

Does anyone else have any ideas?  Still having trouble with iOS devices constantly forcing users to re-accept the guest captive portal at least a few times a day.

You will need to invoke client debugging on the controller as in
                          controller> debug client <mac1> <mac2>

        -   You can have client debugs analyzed with : Wireless Debug Analyzer

Do I then just do a no debug client command to turn it off afterwards?

             -  Use : debug disable-all
