Issues deploying a template on Prime, to 9800 WLC

Hello,

As mentioned in the Title. I've created a template on cisco prime to be deployed on 9800 WLC's. However when I'm at the template, and click deploy no devices show up even though I'm able to see the device in Network Devices.

Anyone experienced the same and knows a fix?

Info: All other IOS WLCs shows up.

- As stated by other reply , check https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/cloud-systems-management/prime-infrastructure/products-device-support-tables-list.html , also review minimum IOS-XE version required (per Prime version) ,

IOS WLCs whch are working : 2504, 3504

non working are : 9800-L-C
