We seem to be having a few issues with our 3500i AP's. Over the past few months we have had to get a RMA on three separate occasions. The first time, the AP had been in service for a few days before the AP froze with the bright white light with a faint touch of blue. Received the replacement and that failed straight away with the same symptoms. Last week we installed another 3500i. That one was up and down like a yo yo. Finally this gave out yesterday with the bright white LED symptoms and just placed a RMA.
Is there something wrong with these 3500i's, is there a solution and is Cisco aware of this?
