I have a user who just upgraded to an iPhone 13. She installed the Jabber app and tried to login like she did on her iPhone 11. She is getting the attached server error. Please advise how I might fix this?

Thank you....apparently it was a setting that needed to be changed in the wifi she was connected to. It has been resolved. Thank you so much for trying to help though!

Can you try to change the profile and add the IP address instead the URL?
Does the iphone have internet access when connected on the wifi, correct?

Should be on the Jabber config, if possible. Honestly, I dont know if it is possible. I blieve so, if you add a URLm usually you can add an IP.
