Jabber Can't connect to server error on new iPhone 13

I have a user who just upgraded to an iPhone 13.  She installed the Jabber app and tried to login like she did on her iPhone 11.  She is getting the attached server error.  Please advise how I might fix this?

Yes, the iphone has internet access when connected to the wifi.  How do I change the profile to the IP address instead of the URL?

Should be on the Jabber config, if possible. Honestly, I dont know if it is possible. I blieve so, if you add a URLm usually you can add an IP.

Thank you....apparently it was a setting that needed to be changed in the wifi she was connected to.  It has been resolved.  Thank you so much for trying to help though!
