L2 link extend over L3

hi,

is there any technology where we can extend the layer 2 over a layer 3 link (other than nexus OTV)?

Basically i want to extend the vlan over a routed link, is this possible ?

you could always use IRB.

IRB is Integrated Routing and Bridging.

so this is what i want to acheive

L3 Switch------------------------------------------router B

Lan 10.10.10.0/24                              Lan 20.20.20.20

say the wan links are 192.168.10.1 and 192.168.10.2

would i be able to extend the 10 subnet on router B
