Dear All ,

 

I have Cisco Wireless LAN controller AIR-CT5508-K9 ,I had created a Web Authentication page for Guest VLAN users ,its giving the error "ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID" when the users trying to access web-auth Page .

Kindly support me for the issue.

If you haven't installed a 3rd party certificate, your guest users will see a certificate error because the wlc uses a self signed certificate. If your on v7.2, I believe that's the code this feature was introduced a, you can disable https for web auth.  This way you don't get a cert error.

the real workaround is disabling HTTPs, and SSH (everything related to certificates) then save configuration and then a reload is a MUST.

MAKE SURE YOUR SYSTEM DATETIME IS CORRECT.  Check the little clock in the bottom right of the Windows taskbar.
