LAP-1231G Radio Reset Codes

Does anyone have a link/list of radio reset codes for this AP?

I'm seeing a few APs flapping their radios and I'm trying to nail down what's actually happening.

The codes I'm referring to are from the command:

show controllers dot11radio 0

The output that I'm talking about looks like the following:

Last radio reset code: 37
Radio resets - total:27 retries:0 failed:0
Reset Stats: -- Start Cnt: 18,   Recovery:  Cnt 0Last Ret: 0, Fails: 0, Recovery Status: Stalled? NO, In Prog? NO
   Code/Count: 37/00015 54/00005 62/00006 67/00001

I know for fact that the last reset that this AP experienced "Code 37" is probably the culprit but I would like to see what all those codes represent.

Hi Nathan,

Code 37 means.. Reset occurred with channel changes, wlan changes, config change etc.. It is not a failure code...

the Code number is actually Cisco confedential.. If you need more info.. please raise a ticket with us.. let see if we can share or not..

Lemme know if this answered ur question!!

Thank for the swift response.

The code being confidential would explain why I cannot find it anywhere in the online documentation.

I will open a TAC case.

Great!!
