Hello guys.
I've got one 5520 WLC with 8.5.140.0 with 154 2800 APs.
My Cisco Prime is 3.4.0.0.348 build.
I have enough licenses for these equipment.
Problem: In Cisco Prime only 134 Aps are shown. they are all on the same controller and have the same hardware and image version. Where might be the problem?
Cheers!

A couple items you can try,
Resync the WLC, This can be done under inventory network devices
Restart Prime
Removing the WLC and add it back into Prime
Upgrade to the to Prime 3.5
I hope this helps

I removed the WLC and restarted Cisco Prime. Add the Controller and the AP count is now equal!
Many thanks
