Is the authetenticacion LEAP compatible with a standard wireless network card running in a Windows XP machine (whitout Cisco Wireless Client Software, without Cisco Aironet Utility ).

No. LEAP is a Cisco proprietary authentication method and needs a CCX compatible card and supplicant to work. With an XP PC assuming you are using the Windows Zero Config as the supplicant only PEAP and EAP-TLS are supported.
