License on Cisco 3504 WLC

I have got a brand new WLC 3504 along with the 1Ap adder license of 10 in number. I know the RTU count on the WLC needs to be updated with 10.

Apart form that, Is there anything else i need to do like uploading the license file?

For not thats it WLC and AP point of view

you need to configure WLC with right IP address, connect to Switch - configure SSID other basic stuff required.

configure DHCP with Option 43 for the AP to join the controller.

Once AP Join the controlle. connect end device and test,.

Thats all. Which means that you can add as many licenses as you have purchased for this controller in a "honor code system".

No need to upload any .lic file.
