I am using multiple AIR-CAP3602I-A-K9 light weight access points with the AIR-RM3000AC-A-K9 5GHz add-on module. The last few I have set up say that the modules operational status is DOWN (see image). They are set up the same as the others I have but the previous ones I have done say they are UP. Has anyone else ever seen this before or know how to fix it.

- Have a console attached to the AP and cold boot : scrutinize the boot process , look for errors concerning the AIR-RM3000AC-A-K9 5GHz add-on module If that is not possible because the AP is 'hanging around' (...) the reboot it , and shortly after boot connect to it and issue the command show logging , again look for errors concerning the module ,

Maybe the AP is not drawing enough PoE?

As Leo says might not be enough power. But if you collect full console logs from power-on, as Marce says, then you should see that in the logs.
Are these APs using the exact same power source as the working ones?
