Lightweight access point that does not join a WLC 2504 controller

Hello,

I would like to ask you about a light access point that can't reach a WLC 2504 controller.

The access point has an IP (with the DHCP server of the controller) but remains in "not joined" status on the controller.

Would you have a solution please ?

controller reference : wlc 2504
lwap reference : AIR-LAP1041N
