Lightweight AP usage

Is there a way to find out if the AP is under utilize, over utilize or has reached its maximum load? We can see the controller's CPU and memory usage but there are no such reports for Access Points. Because of this, I was wondering if there is a way to find out if the AP's available bandwidth has reached its limit.

With Cisco Unified Wireless Network Software Release 4.2, standalone access points can be viewed on Cisco WCS heat maps. Cisco WCS receives basic status and alarm information and categorizes monitored standalone access points as authorized access points on Cisco WCS heat maps. This helps optimize the WLAN and increase WLAN security. Cisco Aironet standalone access points and selected Cisco integrated services routers access points can be monitored

For a lightweight AP there are several commands that you can use from the WLC to obtain these statistics:

show ap auto-rf {802.11a | 802.11b} Cisco_AP

the above will show you the load for each AP.
