Link an AP with EWC in Catalyst 9115

I'm trying configuring a Catalyst 9115

I've got to configure the EWC but I can't link the AP to the EWC.

I saw the LED is blinking Red - Green - Blue,  but this sequence says there's a problem with power but I've tested with three different model of power injector and same sequence.

Connect the console cable and check what is happening, 

Access point operating system errors

Cycling through Red-Off-Green-Off-Blue-Off

General warning; insufficient inline power

Catalyst 9115 needs POE+ capable POE injector to work with full capabilities. Below from the 9115 Datasheet

If you confirm that the POE injector is POE+ capable, and the connecting switch has any POE capability, then immediately disable POE in the switchport.
