I set up my Linksys wireless AP to be a CLIENT to AP 350. Both operates in the same channel. In the Event Log of AP350, I noticed both devices show several attempts to associates/Dissassociates. Does a difference in transmit power in both devices caused this? Anybody ever gets Linksys and Cisco wireless to associate? Pls advise.

What you dexcribed is repeater functionality.
This is only supported between 2 Cisco Access Points as it is not a function that is part of the standards.

Actually, what I am trying to do is making the Linksys client AP a Cisco Workgroup bridge and NOT as a repeater. I recall from my reading on Cisco website that I need to enable " Associate with NON- Cisco Aironet", however, I could not find this on the AP Mgt.GUI.
Does anyone know any other non Cisco wireless unit that I can just plug-in to my Ethernet port of my laptop without installing the driver? The idea is the unit will associate RF to the Cisco AP.
Thanks in advance.
