Load Sharing across several 12xx AP's

I have a conference room with 2 1230 b/g AP's. Reason being is for density, not coverage area. My question is... how can I have the 2 APs share the user load and not overload one while the other is idle? I would rather have this so there is no client intervention or configuration required, it would just be automatic... So if there are 30 people in the room, there are automatically 15 on each AP.

Select yes or no to use Cisco Aironet 802.11 extensions. This setting must be set to yes (the default setting) to enable these features:

Load balancingThe access point uses Aironet extensions to direct client devices to an access point that provides the best connection to the network based on factors such as number of users, bit error rates, and signal strength.
