On the wlc wireless tab, you can select the blue drop down button all the way on the right of the screen for that ap. there you can manually set the channel if you want.
Thanks,

On the WLC, do the following:
1. Go to the Wireless tab on top;
2. TO the left, under Access Points > Radios > 802.11b/g/n > look for the WAP you have on the list;
3. On the right-hand (you may need to scroll your browser to the right), you'll see a blue "tile" with a triangle pointing downwards;
4. Hover your curser on top of this tile and choose "Configure";
5. Go to RF Channel Assignment > under Assignment Method choose Custom and above that choose the channel you want to use.
