lwapp upgare problem

Good Day,

I am trying to upgrade an AP-1252 from autonomous to LWAPP. I downloaded file c1250-rcvk9w8-tar.124-10b.JA3 but the upgrade tool rejects it claiming that the image is not a valid one.

Should I be using a different file. Is there some other way to upgrade?
