macos wifi rssi debug

i have a macbookpro os 11.2.3.

i connect wifi display rssi is very poor,but i see wlc client status is ok

what wrong with the apple? its very suprise

I don't know how to really answer this, just that you are looking at receive from both.  The ap see's a stronger signal than what the device is.  That also could just be coincidence, but who knows.  I don't see signal always the same from my ap and MacBook ok, but I don't really focus on that as long as things are working.  If you want to see if there is an issue with your device, compare it with another device, that is really all you can do to get your answer.

RSSI of -71dBm is not a high value. Typically you should have -67dBm or stronger to get good throughput
