Max number of 1250s 20mW on 3750-E?

How many Cisco Aironet 1250 APs running 3x2 at 20mW under Cisco Enhanced PoE are supported on 3750E-48PD? Does it change with 3750E-48PD-F? How about X4648+E blade from 6500?

Where can I find a power calculator for 3750E?

I once had a customer buy 48 Cisco 7970 phones to find the 3560 switch couldn't power them all. Trying to avoid a repeat of that scenario.

it really depends on your power supply. The 750w will allow you to have 40 ports, but the 1150w power supply will give you all 48 ports.
