Maximum Tx power level in TPC setting of 802.11/b/g/n

HI buddies,

I have a question about maximum Tx power level in WLC. I want to know if I set WLC Tx power to e.g 17 dbm in TPC settings of 802.11b/g/n, would the maximum power the AP transmit to it's antenna is 17dbm? in this situation if I specially set the Tx power level of an AP to level 1, how much Tx power is gonna apply to the antenna?
