Dear All,
We have planned to implement mDNS globally on our 9800 WLC controllers, since we have requirements of Screen share on Apple products to Wireless presentation devices.
We have two local SVIs Vlan 302 and Vlan 920 on the controller in Datacenter and Wireless clients will be connected on these two networks.
Wireless presentation points are in the office ,connected through wired in a different vlan 1106. In order for those wireless clients to connect to presentation points through mDNS for screen share I have planned the below steps.
1.mDNS Global to be Enabled.

- You may find this guide useful : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/9800/17-3/config-guide/b_wl_17_3_cg/m_conf_local_area_bonjour.html

Considered mandatory when configuring 9800 controllers :
- Have an overall checkup of the 9800 controller's configuration with the CLI command
show tech wireless and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer
use the full command as denoted in green , do not use a simple show tech as input for this procedure
+ Use fairly recent software version ; IOS-XE 17.12.3 is latest advisory release
+ You may find these commands useful :
show ip mroute
show ap multicast mom
show mdns-sd cache (already provided)
show mdns-sd default-service-list
show tech wireless multicast

@marce1000 Thanks for the above documents ,but my setup is enabling the mDNS Gateway in WLC and the service provider will be on the wired LAN and that wired LAN should be accessible via flex connect. Want to make sure if this deployment plan is theoretically fine and will work as expected.
