ME 3802i network in new warehouse. Roaming Issues

We have a new warehouse,  it has about 50 bots running around and 11 AP's mounted   (its about 120' x 300')  We where told how and where to mount by a vendor but of course left to us to work out the issues.  Anyway,  looking for advice.  Currently have 22 bots on 2.4 and 33bots on 5 GHz  and the heat map from the bots seem to suggest that they are holding onto the AP and not roaming.

I am not a technical person when it comes to the Wifi diagnostic so would like to ask some basic questions. and also ask if there are basic documents that explain diagnostics on the ME.

First question is,   WHen looking at the Neighbor AP's  what dBm should the neighbors be,  in general to tell me i should increase or decrease the power of the AP's?   Example.  currently looking at 1 AP in the middle,  2.4 has 9 neighbors,  between 40-66 dBm so i know some are 2 powerful and on the 5GHz  9 have 9 between 50 and 70 dBm.

                       - You need a wireless site survey , first ,

You arein a tough position, especially if th evendor did perform a site survey and is not willing to help you post install.  The main thing you have to do now is tweak the environment.  This can mean that you disable some radios if too many are seen.

Now when I say tweak, other may say adjust, you should focus on disabling the lower data rates to help shrink the coverage cell along with reducing the TX power.  These two have to be performed together, but can still be tweaked.  Make sure you test and validate what data rates are required for the bots to connect.  You can then gather your data and look at the neighbor report and decide on disabling some 2.4ghz radios and or 5ghz radios to that you don't have too much overlap.

Also work with the bot vendor to see if there are any tweaks that can be done on the bots itself.  Like 5ghz as primary or disabling 2.ghz radios.  These are just some suggestions, depending on what the bots do support.

There is no quick fix, you will have to be onsite and making changes to optimize what you have in place.

Are these bots stationary?

Disable 2.4 Ghz and see if the bots join 5.0 Ghz.

Second what Scott said ...
Take a look at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/mobility-express/212523-configure-rrm-parameters-on-cisco-mobili.html
Make sure your software is up to date - TAC recommended link below.

Remember even if you optimise the APs the client roaming decisions are made exclusively by the clients so you may be forced to go back to the robot vendor for help.
