Hello all. Does each Meraki AP require a unique routable IP address? So if you have 4000 APs, you'd require 4,000 unique routable addresses?
Secondly, can you configure a private ip on the Meraki AP uplink interface, then static NAT it to a public IP?
Thanks,

Every Meraki AP needs to be able to talk to the Meraki cloud. So yes, every Meraki AP needs a unique IP address. That could be a public IP address (very unusual) or a private IP address NAT'ed dynamically NATed to a public IP address (most common). Basically, exactly the same setup as giving a bunch of workstations Internet access - no different.
It would be unusual to use static NAT for the access points.
