Migrate to RMI+ RP Redundancy from RP redundancy on c9800 wlc

Hi,

I have a 9800wlc pair running on RP redundancy sso. I need to change it now to use RMI + RP redundancy mode.

could someone share the complete steps I need to follow to configure this?

I understand that wlcs will need to be reloaded for config to be effective. Will this reload need to happen simultaneously on both wlcs or can be done one by one so that I can avoid complete wifi outage??

About your question, when you reload one WLC , the other will reload also. There´s no way you to do this with zero downtime. This is the kind of task we need to do after hours in a maintenance window.
